I am fortunate to have the full trust of my clients, who give me power of attorney to manage their property. I look after a building of 25 flats in Beşiktaş and work as an agent in seven districts of Istanbul: Beşiktaş, Beyoğlu, Şişli, Sarıyer, Beykoz, Üsküdar and Kadıköy.
An entrepreneur's pragmatic know-how
I have founded four companies in Turkey, so I know first-hand what setting up, importing and administration involve. I have given pragmatic support to companies such as Lotte Chemical, Nexen Tire, Viva Santé and Bic. I share that experience and bring you the solution — for your home, your office or your business set-up.
About the founder
I am French, and I have lived and worked in Istanbul since 1997.
My first job was at ADCO, a Turkish company importing wines from around the world for hotels and restaurants. In 1999 I founded my first company, importer and distributor of Bic Graphic pens (2000–2006). My second company imported promotional products and amenities for businesses until 2010 — a great opportunity to work with every sector of industry.
Expat Turkey Real Estate, created in 2011 — the year I obtained my realtor licence — began by offering practical, hands-on support to foreign companies setting up in Turkey. They needed offices and homes for their expatriates — and that is how real estate became my profession.
Relocation & business set-up
I support new entrepreneurs in setting up their own office in Turkey, pragmatically: finding the premises, introducing a lawyer, furnishing the office and handling the administrative steps — with practical guidance on logistics and importing.
